The real gift of gratitude is that the more grateful you are the more present you become.We live in a world full of instant gratification, I want it now and if I can’t have it NOW I will find a way! It’s not always the right way or the healthiest way but it gets you that instant high that you are looking for!But does it bring you long term happiness? Does it change the actual root of the problem? Nope, it is just masked by something else.One thing I have learned over the past couple of years and even more recently is that pouring into yourself is THE most important thing you can do!

From the minute our feet hit the ground we are being pulled in a million different directions!I know that taking that quiet time to myself, being grateful, setting my intentions for the day, leading with a smile and positivity really truly does change my outlook on life! The things that used to get me out of sorts, no longer do! In the grand scheme of things, most things are not worth getting upset about! But this didn’t come without practice and more practice!!!So over the next 6-8 weeks I’m going to be teaching my clients how to focus on the joy, life’s simple pleasures and practicing gratitude daily!!!I’m going to help a small group of customers really dig into a gratitude journal, changing your mindset and outlook, clean eating and regular exercise for an all over total body transformation!It is the perfect time!

We are almost in the thick of holiday season and our wild and crazy schedules are becoming even more crazy (if that’s even possible)So lets give thanks to YOU so that you can truly go out and BE A BLESSING to those around you!
